We are looking for a leading FMCG company engaged in the processing, packaging, and distribution of high-quality food grains. We are looking for motivated and result-oriented candidates to drive market growth and manage channel distribution in our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

What you will own and drive forward day-to-day

Market Expansion: Expand retail, wholesale, and distributor networks across assigned territories.
✓
Sales Execution: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for packed food items.
✓
Dealer & Retail Management: Build strong relationships with wholesalers, kirana stores, and modern trade outlets.
✓
Payment Collection: Ensure timely payment recovery, credit limit monitoring, and ledger reconciliation from dealers.
✓
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and local consumer demands to report to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Skills and background we are looking for

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related fields.

Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and local channel management skills.
