About the Position

Overview and core mission of this role

We are seeking dynamic, target-driven Medical Representatives (MR) to represent and expand our product line in Kathmandu, Biratnagar and Pokhara. In this role, you will be key in building strong professional relationships with healthcare practitioners, driving prescription generation, and expanding market presence across targeted territories.

Key Responsibilities

What you will own and drive forward day-to-day

Field Promotion: Promote products directly to doctors, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet sales, prescription, promotional, and doctor coverage goals.
✓
Relationship Building: Establish and sustain strong professional relationships through regular detailings and doctor visits.
✓
Market Intelligence: Track market availability, monitor competitor activities, and collect constructive market feedback.
✓
Reporting & Execution: Prepare regular call reports, track sales data, and actively support promotional campaigns and product launches.

Requirements & Qualifications

Skills and background we are looking for

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Science, Pharmacy, or Business preferred).
✓
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical or medicine sales.
✓
Core Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and detailing skills with high negotiation capabilities.
✓
Mobility: Willingness to undertake field visits and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
