One of our reputed client company urgently is seeking for dedicated “ Senior Account Officer”
Company Type: Import
Salary: 35K+ (Can be negotiate)
Education: Must have completed Bachelor Degree
Experience: Minimum 4 years Accounting Experience.
- All the Documenting regarding L/C (Letter Of Credit) and TT ( Telegraphic Transfer)
- Closing LC File.
- LC Payment and Bank Coordination.
- Managing and controlling of the organization’s finances.
- Supervision of the Accounts Officer
- Preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Preparation of the organization’s monthly bank reconciliations statements.
- Management of the organization’s debtors and creditors accounts
- Ensuring preparation of payroll and income tax returns.
- Maintenance of fixed assets register and safeguarding of the organizations fixed assets.
- Ensuring that the cash book and petty cash are updated on daily basis
- Ensuring preparation of daily banking.
- Preparation of monthly reconciliation
- repairing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports
- Tax reporting and inventory processing
- Collecting and analyzing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates
- Advising on estimates for project funding
- Creating KPI reports
- Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow
- Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
- Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data
- Conducting internal audits such as wage reviews
- Examining financial records to check for accuracy
- Managing and training staff when necessary
Skills
- Good knowledge of Banking, Import, TAX, VAT & TDS.
- Should have sound computer skill.
