Job Description
- To fulfil the core purpose of OCs by displaying the best possible solutions applicable and to make the customer experience the quality of Jaquar products
- To ensure customers conversion into CLS by educating customers on Lighting Products
- To best maintain OC as per company guidelines
- Ensure customers are properly followed-up on Lighting Product aspect
- To do market development, create market for Jaquar CLS
- To educate dealers & project key decision makers about Jaquar CLS, its USPs & benefits to them at OC
- To set example by personally handling customers from live role play dealer’s counter to demonstrate how the product knowledge and
selling arguments are to be used to sell products at company price - To ensure discount discipline at all dealers counters
- To educate project key decision makers on CLS, its purpose & features
- To ensure BOQs / Mock-ups in the initial stages of the project and subsequently secure the orders
- Maintain data of Entry of each & Every customer system on daily Basis.
- To take other important customers leads from the dealers who visited for follow up at dealers counters
- To follow up with trade customers who patronize respective dealer counters and educate them on CLS, products details, our
USPs, competition benchmarking and generate leads from them - To support dealers & resolve their issues related to supplies, sales,policies, Customer Care & other issues
- To educate dealers on the benefits of issuing warranty certificates for all customers & ensure dealers issue warranty certificate to every customer
- To educate dealers / project key decision makers on OC support available to them & to set target for each dealer to send
customers to OC
