Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Sales and Marketing
Experience: 1-2 Years experience in Sales- Elevator, lift Maintenance /construction/ architect industry/ builder/ real sector required

Job Description:
- Identify the key markets and customers and evaluates the potential for maintenance sales.
- Accordingly, propose tactics to generate and develop maintenance sales.
- Develop strong relationship with clients.
- Responsible in getting new maintenance contracts and secure existing contracts.
- Review and document soon- to -be expired contracts for renewal process.
- Prepare quotations according to customer inquiry for maintenance, parts, repairs and modernization.
- To work with a team of service engineers and technicians to manage service sales fulfillment.
- Manage assigned sales territory and successfully meets or exceed the target budget.
- Any other duties assigned by the Management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Basic Technical Knowledge of Elevators & Escalators
- Excellent Computer Literacy i.e. knowledge in Microsoft Office, etc
- Convincing Skill
- Fluency in Nepali, Hindi, English language
- Proactive and goal oriented approach
- Familiarity with CRM software is plus.
- Ability to maintain and build client relationship.
Two wheeler with a valid license mandatory
