We are looking for “Recruiting Officer/ Business Development Officer” for our own company.
Salary: Negotiable
Qualification: Bachelor completed
Experience: More than 2 years in relevant field.
Note: Most have two wheeler
Job Description:
- Sourcing profiles and screening
- Develop and keep up to date relating and other human resources issues
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategies
- Plan various activities various activities for engagement in the social media platform for employer branding.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job agencies and social platforms.
- Attending job fairs and other events and searching for talent to create talent pool to fulfill the current and future requirement.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the Management.
