Job Summary

One of the reputed company is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to handle client-facing duties as well as general office management tasks. When our clients walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly and a helping hand. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
  • Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all partners
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but high school diploma accepted with equivalent experience
  • 1+ years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
  • Knowledge of word processing documents
  • Ability to create organized filing system
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
