Job Summary

One of our reputed client company needs a reliable, organized Office Assistant to manage the day-to-day administrative aspects of running the business. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and excellent client-facing communication skills.

Office Assistant responsibilities and duties

  • Design and maintain filing and storage systems in the office
  • Schedule travel arrangements for senior executives as well as clients, when applicable
  • Retrieve documents and files when requested
  • Assist HR with sorting and collating resumes
  • Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail for national and international level

Office Assistant qualifications and skills

  • 1+ years experience in an administrative capacity
  • Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
