Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales management, with a focus on national sales. Experience in the Appliance industry is highly desirable.

Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a national sales team to ensure they achieve their targets.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
- Set and monitor sales targets for regional and territory managers.
- Evaluate sales performance data and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies that meet customer needs.
- Develop and manage the national sales budget.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales goals.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand market share.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales performance analysis.
