Experience: 1-2 years of experience in related filed
Location: Kathmandu
Responsibilities:
- Promote company bricks at construction sites in the Kathmandu Valley.
- Gather information about ongoing and upcoming construction projects in the commercial and residential sectors.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with contractors, site engineers, representatives of contractors, and building owners.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry.
- Provide information about company bricks’ features, benefits, and advantages.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s market presence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with construction practices and materials.
- Ability to conduct effective meetings and presentations.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Possess a motorcycle driving license and have access to a personal motorcycle. Preference will be given to candidates with their own motorcycle.Fuel and maintenance costs for the motorcycle will be provided by the company.
