Responsibilities:
1. PC Deployment and Configuration:
– Execute PC formatting processes to ensure optimal system performance.
– Oversee the seamless setup of new PCs, including software installation and user profile configuration.
– Collaborate with various departments to tailor PC setups based on specific organizational needs.
2. CCTV Surveillance Management:
– Install, configure, and maintain our CCTV camera systems to ensure security and optimal performance.
– Conduct routine checks and maintenance to promptly identify and resolve issues.
3. Network Optimization:
– Investigate and troubleshoot internal/intranet network problems for uninterrupted connectivity.
– Collaborate with team members to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.
– Implement proactive measures to maintain a smooth and secure network operation.
4. Printer and Device Administration:
– Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of printers and other devices.
– Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to printers and devices.
– Coordinate with external vendors for printer and device support as needed.
5. Technical Support:
– Provide efficient technical support to end-users, promptly resolving hardware and software issues.
– Collaborate with external vendors for specialized technical support when required.
6. Network Security Management:
– Monitor and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity.
– Implement and manage network security protocols to safeguard against potential threats.
7. Data Backup and Recovery:
– Develop and implement comprehensive data backup and recovery plans.
