Responsibilities and Duties
- Must be proficient in HR related developing processes like selection & recruitment policy, job description, appraisal, performance evaluation, bonus calculation, feedback forms design & conducting polls
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be proficient in tasks like Job posting, resume scanning, interviews, filing the documents, payroll and handling employee issues
- Take initiatives for employee training.
- Help to create a more healthy and informative environment.
- All others as required by management.
