Qualifications/Requirements:
- Strong creative, organisational, problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Adaptable and quick learner. Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with HTML and motion graphics is a plus.
- Possess strong conceptual skills, high-level sense of design, layout and typography, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expert knowledge in graphic production process.
- Work well with tight deadlines in a team environment.
- Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Job Description
- Create new and original designs from scratch for brands based on client specification, needs and brand image
- Create the entire branding guidelines as the client’s requirement.
- Ability to manage and develop creative ideas for branding and promotional executions for graphics.
- Make sure that job deadlines are met in due time, ensuring that job quality is nothing short of the best
- Using their strong eye for aesthetics and visual details to ensure a quality final product
- Listening to design needs, coming up with ideas and communicating them to clients and other members of the team
- Delegating design tasks and providing support for junior level design team members
- Handle multiple tasks at once as she/he will have to manage more than one assignment at a time.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and making sure only the best work is released to the employer or client
- Collaborating across the organisation to drive up standards of digital creativity
- Design of marketing communication pieces including overall theme development, individual piece designs, etc
- Assist in the creation of animation storyboards.
- Prepare conceptual layouts for the motion graphic project and share ideas with the team members.
