One of our reputed client company is looking for “ERP Developer ”.This position is accountable for developing and maintaining the Enterprise Resource Development (ERP) software.
Salary: 6 Lakhs Per month (negotiable)
Requirement:
- Build applications as required.
- Work with departments to identify and clarify solution requirements.
- Hands-on design and development with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution and perform day to day monitoring and maintenance of the Dynamic.
- Develop and manage Technical, Functional requirements of projects.
- Customization and extensions in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and develop new modules.
- Develop and configure workflows on various business processes.
- Assist with new bolt-ons including CRM, Asset Management, Warehouse Scanning, Transport Management, website.
- Address functional and technical issues of users.
- Ability to work with different software programs.
- Ability to work with different software programs used by all teams, including ERP system (EXO & Dynamics).
- Perform as a role model for customers and staff in terms of attitude, behaviour and professional aptitude.
- A detailed understanding of the intent and framework of compliance legislation, quality standards, policies and procedures relevant to the role.
Key performance
- Successfully build application and implementation of additional modules.
- Daily maintenance of Dynamic 365 system.
- Reduced troubleshooting and debugging issues.
- Accurate reports are distributed in a timely manner to departments and managers.
- Demonstrates effective communication with stakeholders to achieve goals.
- Manages expectations of customers, internal and external.
- Provides frank and professional advice to assist managers to improve the services and products provided.
- Consults effectively with other work colleagues and external stakeholders both domestic and international.
- Creatively improves procedures and policies to increase quality of service delivery.
Specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or a related field.
- 5+ years’ work experience as an ERP Developer or in a similar role.
- General understanding of the back end and be able to develop and build applications.
