Documentation Officer Job Summary

One of our reputed client is seeking a Documentation officer to maintain records and oversee document control for regulatory and legal compliance. The Documentation officer should be detail-oriented and comfortable communicating all issues clearly to the supervisor.

Documentation Officer Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals bidding quotation as assigned
  • Outstanding knowledge of file management and system updating
  • Proficient with clearance laws and procedures
  • Ability to coordinate and follow up with brokers and clients
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a priority order
  • Handling expenses and billing cycles
  • Payment verification and approval process

Documentation Officer Controller Qualifications and skills

  • Associate intermediate or Bachelor degree in Management  or similar field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in document or records management
  • Experience working with many file types
  • Ability to find and preserve paper documents
  • Participated in the development of monthly, quarterly and annual plans and report
