One of our reputed client company  is looking for “Digital Marketing Manager”

Qualification: Bachelor Degree. 

Salary: 1,00,000 plus  (Can be negotiate)

Experience: 3 years + (Hands on SEO experience with large scale websites)

Roles

  • Reporting to: Sr. Digital Marketing Manager based in Sydney 
  • Team size to manage: 5-6 as of now (based in Nepal, intended to grow)
  • Collaborations with: data, designers, marketing automation, content, social media, SEO, branding, and paid media teams 
  • Position Description: Attached (kindly request you to not disclose the PD elsewhere)
  • Focus areas for the role: technical SEO
  • Other areas: advertisement, socials (paid media marketing, marketing automation, generating leads)

Responsibilities/ Duties

  • Manage & monitor the work of the digital team to optimise web traffic and qualified leads.
  •  Lead the media team to recommend changes to website architecture, linking, content or other factors to improve SERP for target keywords
  •  Lead the media team to execute tests, collect and analyze data that help with HLE SEO.
  •  Monitor SEO trends, competitor strategies and best practices to ensure cutting edge strategy, top website rankings and identification of new opportunities
  • Collaborate with design and development teams while following the best practices to improve website performance – including page load speed and core web vitals.
  • Collaborate with the content. and copywriting team to ensure maximum traffic to niche SEO pages and engagement with HLE social content, ads and automation while staying aligned with our brand
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, linking, content or other factors to improve SERP for target keywords
  •  Execute tests, collect and analyze data that help with our SEO
  • Collaborate with design and development teams while following the best practices to improve website performance – including page load speed and core web vitals
  • Plan and execute effective digital advertising campaigns across SEM, Display, Social, Video and Native on channels including Google and Facebook
