Salary: Negotiable for Deserving Candidate.

Job Responsibilities

• The Chef is responsible for prepping ingredients, preparing, cooking, and plating menu items in accordance with the recipes and specifications.
• Responsible for ordering and ensuring food and stock supplies are consistent in quality 
• Responsible for the overall food/ingredient quality preparation and hygiene standards
•  The Chef keeps their work area clean, organized, and stocked, throughout shift.  
• Any additional duties or special projects as requested by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Well known with Chinese food and recipe.
• 3 + years’ experience
• Ability to understand both written and spoken English or Chinese.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (minimum of 8 hours a day)
