Qualifications/Requirements:
- Preferably a marketing graduate
- A minimum of 1yr of work experience in advertising agency
- Must have knowledge in Digital and Social Media Marketing
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple accounts, possibly from different industries, at the same time.
- A team player with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Must be an excellent communicator who is capable of leading a team.
- Strong communication skills both in Nepali and English.
- Ability to meet deadlines in any given circumstances.
- Computer literacy.
- Pleasing personality with a positive attitude
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- Highly service orientation with a good knowledge of business
Job Description
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients.
- Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and the agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively
- Discuss the products, services and marketing requirements of each particular client.
- Handling budgets and managing campaign costs, Writing reports, keeping records and financial details
- Overseeing the activities of staff to ensure the needs of customers are met and their problems are resolved.
- Delegating work to the team members.
- Briefing the creative, media and planning department as per the client requirements.
- Follow-ups and chasing of the delegated assignments to the team.
- Conduct customer service workshops and presentations
- Monitor and measure client satisfaction.
- Contacting clients regularly to identify their needs, and to ensure they are satisfied with the received product/service.
- Develop surveys and capture client information.
- Involved in marketing campaigns of respective clients..
- Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.
