We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Executive to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities
What you will own and drive forward day-to-day
- ✓Assist in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
- ✓Support campaign setup, audience targeting, and budget management.
- ✓Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- ✓Track key performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
- ✓Assist with basic campaign optimization to improve results.
- ✓Conduct basic audience and competitor research.
- ✓Coordinate with creative and marketing teams for ad campaigns.
- ✓Ensure campaigns are properly set up and monitored.
- ✓Stay updated with digital advertising trends and platform updates.
Requirements & Qualifications
Skills and background we are looking for
- ✓Minimum 2 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
- ✓Practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- ✓Basic understanding of campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS.
- ✓Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ✓Strong attention to detail.
- ✓Good communication and reporting skills.
- ✓Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- ✓Willingness to learn and grow in performance marketing.
