One of the leading company Khetan Group is seeking an experienced Operation Manager.
Basic Requirements
Education Level : Graduate and preferable an MBA
Experience Required : More than 5 years handling any general management function at managerial level in mid-size manufacturing company
Job Specific Requirement
- Fluent in both Nepali and working knowledge in English
- Sound knowledge of MS Office with strong command in spreadsheet programs
- Should have a good knowledge on operation management
- Should be willing to travel intensively within the country
- Should be willing to re-locate in one part of the country for a significant period of time
- Should have multi-tasking capability
- Should have strong networking skills and exposed to working with relevant government authorities
Job Profile
- Re-engineer production process/setup
- Review and setup production target
- Review and rollout production KPls
- Improve efficiency of production output as agreed
- liaison out with various government authorities on need basis
- Update the management on various operation issues of assigned companies/projects
- Conduct/ assists in preparing feasibility study of assigned project/task within agreed timeline
- Conduct other activities as deemed necessary or as assigned by senior management
