2–3+ years in travel & tourism sales
Key Responsibilities
What you will own and drive forward day-to-day
- ✓Handle incoming leads through WhatsApp, phone calls, email and other Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- ✓Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
- ✓Follow up with customers consistently until booking confirmation.
- ✓Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- ✓Maintain proper records of all leads and follow-ups.
- ✓Upsell hotels, activities, transfers, upgrades and additional travel services.
- ✓Maintain daily and weekly sales reports.
- ✓Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
Skills and background we are looking for
- ✓Proven sales track record in inbound/outbound travel, trekking, or tourism.
- ✓Strong negotiation, follow-up, and objection-handling skills.
- ✓Fluency in English (Nepali and Hindi are advantages).
