Are you a proactive sales professional with a track record of expanding market reach and building strong party networks? We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Officer to join our growing team in Kathmandu!
Key Responsibilities
What you will own and drive forward day-to-day
- ✓Market Expansion: Identify, visit, and onboard new parties, dealers, and retailers to expand market reach.
- ✓Lead Conversion: Follow up with potential leads, conduct regular market visits, and convert prospects into long-term accounts.
- ✓Relationship Management: Nurture strong business relationships with existing clients, dealers, and key partners.
- ✓Target Achievement: Consistently achieve assigned sales, volume, and business expansion targets.
- ✓Market Intelligence: Gather customer feedback, analyze competitor activities, and share actionable insights with management.
- ✓Reporting & Ops: Maintain detailed logs of field visits, market expansion metrics, and sales pipelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
Skills and background we are looking for
- ✓Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- ✓Experience: 3+years of hands-on experience in business development or party creation (preferably within FMCG or Khadyaanna).
- ✓Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, and client relationship-building abilities.
- ✓Mobility: Self-motivated, target-driven, and fully willing to travel extensively for field visits.
