Third party employee management or Temping is a co-employment relationship between a Client company (You), Temping company (Us) and the Employee.
The relationship between the three players is shown below:
- The Temp Company and the Client Company sign a service level agreement.
- The Employee and the temp Company have an employment relationship.
- The Employee provides services to the Client.
