One of the leading Bakery company is seeking an experienced Technical Chef-Bakery
Position Purpose:
Demonstration of applications of Cargill’s products (oils & fats) in bakery & to drive the business volumes for bakery business in respective territory
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrations of our oils and fats to different bakeries in market (through development of cookies, puff, cakes etc)
- Convince the bakers to use Cargill products
- Help to develop Recipes for different bakery products
- Attend complaints from market especially from bakery and coordinate with manager
- Analysis of competition products at market level and coordination with technical team in lab
- Prepare market feedback/ visit report
- Grow the number of bakers who use Cargill products
- Work for bakery meet & other events organize in your region
Eligibility:
Bachelor in Hotel Management Preferred
Function:
Techno-Sales
Salary : 45000+ Travel Allowances ( Negotiable for deserving candidate)
Experience:
2 years in bakery related products
