Documentation Officer Job Summary
One of our reputed client is seeking a Documentation officer to maintain records and oversee document control for regulatory and legal compliance. The Documentation officer should be detail-oriented and comfortable communicating all issues clearly to the supervisor.
Documentation Officer Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals bidding quotation as assigned
- Outstanding knowledge of file management and system updating
- Proficient with clearance laws and procedures
- Ability to coordinate and follow up with brokers and clients
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a priority order
- Handling expenses and billing cycles
- Payment verification and approval process
Documentation Officer Controller Qualifications and skills
- Associate intermediate or Bachelor degree in Management or similar field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in document or records management
- Experience working with many file types
- Ability to find and preserve paper documents
- Participated in the development of monthly, quarterly and annual plans and report
